VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates?

Smith: I love our work ethic and how positive our mindset is. I feel that it will get us to where we need to be at the end of the season. 

VYPE: When you hear coach call you an unsung hero of this team, what does that mean to you and how do you define that term?
Smith: It means a lot to me because I feel that the work I’ve put in the last three years is finally paying off. Being the unsung hero of the team, to me means a lot of the hard work I’ve put in isn’t recognized because I’m not the star. 

VYPE: What are you most excited about this upcoming season?
Smith: I’m excited to see where we go as a team because I know we have a lot of potential. I love how much pressure we have on us because I feel that it makes us work that much harder because we see pressure as a privilege.
